I'm worried if data will be stolen or misused?

We are a registered company and abide by our integrity. If you still feel unsafe we suggest to lock your device with a pin. But then this will not guarantee that all the functionalities working normal after repair as we cannot test them with pin locked iPhone or iPad.

The other alternative is to take a backup your phone and bring us a clean device as in new. Once the device is repaired you can then restore the device from backup.

 

What is your repair Guarantee?

All repairs are guaranteed for parts and workmanship and committed to full customer satisfaction upon delivery. For additional satisfaction you can buy warranty from our various available plans. Guarantee is not valid for accidental damage or misuse or if changed outside. We know our parts. If you break the Glass again that will not be covered under any type of guarantee. 

 

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash as form payments for all repairs. Sorry, we do not accept checks, online or Paypal payments.

 

What if I do not pick up the iPhone or iPad after repair is done?

We keep your iPhone or iPad ready to be pickup by you for 30 days. If you do not pick the iPhone/ iPad within 60 days then we are not responsible for your device. 

 

What if my device is damaged during repair and is not recoverable?

We recommend you do a backup before you bring in the device for repair. In an unlikely case, if your device gets damaged and is not working after the repair, then we will pay the fair market value of your device calculated from eBay or gazelle, you agree to give the damaged device to us for us to write you a check for Fair Market Value. All liabilities are limited to $200. We are not liable for any data loss.

 

What happens to Apple warranty if I use your service?

As per Apple, any repair performed by anyone else will void your warranty

 

Will Apple repair my iPhone or iPad?

Apple usually offer an Out of Warranty Replacement with refurbished device. Prices vary depending on what kind of iPhone/iPad, extent of damage to the device, if you have Apple Care or not?

Does Apple offer iPhone Screen replacements?

Yes, Apple offers iPhone Screen replacement. They will place an authorization on your credit card for above Out of Warranty report cost before accepting any iPhone for Screen replacement. You will need to make an appointment with the Apple Store, back up your data as they will do the restore on the iPhone before offering any service, then change the Screen as per availability, you may or may not get your iPhone back the same day depending on the damage. If any damage is found other than screen damage you will be charged Out of Warranty repair cost as you agreed to it. If there is no other damage then they will charge you for Screen repair as follows:
6S Plus - $149 + Taxes
iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, 6 Plus, 6S - $129 + Taxes.
iPhone 6 - $109 + Taxes.
